If you wish to place an order please go to the order page and fill out the information requested there. If you are paying by credit card, please so indicate in the "comments" section on the order page and provide a phone number where you can be reached and we will call you and take your credit card information over the phone.
If you do not wish to pay by credit card you may send us a money order or cashier's check. We will ship upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. Personal checks will be held for bank clearance. If you are mailing payment, shipping charges need to be included so please indicate your preferred shipping method in the "comments" section and we will let you know the exact amount to include for shipping. Shipping (Domestically
and Internationally)
We will ship your
order
immediately upon an approved credit card transaction, or receipt of
your
money order or cashier's check which includes shipping charges.
Please
allow 2 weeks if payment is made by personal check.
Insurance
through the USPS is available at Buyer's option. We strongly
recommend it. We are not responsible for loss or damage on any
uninsured items. If you wish insurance, please let us know.
Please indicate
on
the Order Page in the comments section the
method
of shipping you wish and if sending your payment by mail please include
the shipping charges which will be provided to you with your payment.
Shipping to
overseas addresses will be either by USPS Global Express or USPS
Overseas Airmail at the buyers choice. International Buyers are
fully responsible for any customs charges (we are required by the USPS
to fill out customs information) that may be imposed by the country of
destination and we will not accept a return and provide a refund due to
custom charges that may be imposed by another country. We have no
way of knowing what a foreign country may impose, so international
buyers, please check with your local post office who may be able to
advise you.

Return/Refund Policy
Your order, other than "Specials" and Custom Order Work, may be returned to us for a full refund if returned in the original condition and within ten (10) days of receipt. The returning party must pay all shipping charges regarding the returned item (the original shipping charge and the return shipping charge). No COD's please. You must contact us prior to returning an item at either the e-mail address or phone # indicated below to obtain an authorization #. The authorization # must be included with the returned item. All items returned pursuant to the return policy but without an authorization # will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please Note: Pipes which have been smoked may not be returned due to health reasons.
